On Saturday 2nd May Harcourts Victoria hosted their Annual Awards Night at the Grand Hyatt. Girls were dressed to the nines and the boys looked smart in their black tie suits. The night was hosted by comedian Marty Fields and the band Headspace helped us to dance the night away.
Harcourts Berwick produced fantastic results for an office that is only 3 years young, by winning NUMBER 2 OFFICE overall, out of 43 offices, for GROSS REVENUE and NUMBER 3 OFFICE average commission per sales person. Robert Petelinek were awarded Silver and Murray Philip was awarded Bronze for the last quarter in 2008. A wonderful team effort and a great surprise.
Next year we aim to be NUMBER 1 office overall but couldn't do it without excellent staff and many loyal clients so sincerely thankyou to everyone who has contributed in our success we appreciate you all greatly.
Tuesday 5th May also marked the 3 year anniversary of the opening of the doors at Harcourts Berwick. We began as MPRE Berwick but in the last 12 months have dropped the MPRE and are now just Harcourts Berwick. The team has grown from 4 staff to 16 staff in the 3 years, built a rent roll organically and been nominated and won numerous awards for outstanding performance.
We look forward to the next 30 years as an integral part of Berwick’s real estate landscape and continuing to provide outstanding service to all clients and staff alike.
